Scope

This policy applies to the official website operated by Zhi-An Technology Co., Ltd. (智安科技股份有限公司), trading as RA Studio ("we").

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email, project type, budget range and message you provide.

To prevent abuse we store a hashed value of the IP address at submission time. The original IP cannot be recovered from it.

If we enable site analytics, we collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, device type) that are not linked to your identity.

How we use it

Your contact details are used only to reply to your request, discuss the project and prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database readable only by the company founders. If no project follows, data is deleted within 12 months of submission; otherwise it is kept as required by the contract.

Processors

Hosting, database and image storage are provided by Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and R2); an email provider will be listed here once enabled. They process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing k589k589@gmail.com. We respond within 10 business days.
