How do we start?

Do I need a spec first?
No. As long as you can describe the problem and who it is for, we shape the spec together during discovery.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and urgency of the project. Urgent needs are always open for discussion.
How is pricing calculated?
Fixed quotes by scope and phase, paid in stages, no hourly billing. The proposal lists deliverables and prices with no hidden fees.
What happens after launch?
A warranty period covers fixes after launch. After that you can choose a maintenance plan or ad-hoc work. Code and accounts belong to you.
